muZIEum: an hour experiencing the world without your eyes
Imagine you cannot see a thing. How do you find your favourite clothes in the wardrobe? Or the way to the station? It seems obvious when you can see, but what if you cannot? At the muZIEum, ten minutes on foot from your room, you experience it yourself.
Step into pitch darkness or discover outside with virtual reality how smell, taste and touch show you the way when you cannot see. And of course you are not on your own. At the start of your adventure you meet your guide, someone who is blind or partially sighted themselves.
You come out with a story you will keep telling for the rest of your stay.

Sleep with us, look without your eyes
The muZIEum is in the centre of Nijmegen, within walking distance of the Hertogstraat. We keep the vouchers here, so you arrange it at reception and simply walk over the next morning.
